Since 2025
Talitha Apartments was born from the owner’s desire to enhance a historic family building in the heart of Palermo. After years of private use, in 2025 she decided to transform it into a B&B, combining her passion for hospitality with her love for the city. The project stems from the will to offer travelers an authentic experience, with attention to detail, in one of the most charming areas of the historic center.
Each apartment is designed to make guests feel at home, with the warmth of tradition and the comforts of modern living. Talitha Apartments is much more than just accommodation: it’s an invitation to experience Palermo through new eyes.

The apartments are located on Via Divisi, a historic street in the heart of Palermo, once known as the “street of bicycles.” For years, it was the go-to place for those seeking a new bike or needing repairs: artisan shops, workshops, and specialized stores filled the street with the sound of wheels and the scent of chain oil.
Today, Via Divisi retains its old-world charm and remains a symbol of authentic Palermo, made of stories, trades, and tradition.
